Oolong Teas

Oolong teas, meaning ‘Black Dragon’ in Chinese, are semi-oxidised, which puts them halfway between a Green Tea and a Black Tea. Following the more traditional processes, however, can give these teas a flavour entirely unlike either Green or Black; A subtle “baked” flavour.

A well-oxidised Oolong; this tea really brings out the best of that classic toasted, autumnal¬†flavour that people love, without becoming over-powering and losing it’s refreshing qualities. Very, very drinkable!
